We have not set a public date. We are signing up shops in Kathmandu Valley first. Leave your number and we will message you the day ordering opens.
Where will you deliver?
Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur first. Other districts follow as shops and couriers there join.
What will I be able to buy?
Dog and cat food, treats, litter, toys, beds, grooming and care products, plus aquarium tanks, filters, lighting and fish food, from brands already sold in Nepali shops.
How will I pay?
Cash on delivery, or a QR payment from your bank app or wallet. You never have to send an advance to a personal account.
Do you sell puppies, kittens or fish?
No. Gharpaluwa lists pet products only, never live animals. If you are looking for a pet, please adopt: KAT Centre, Sneha's Care and Animal Nepal rehome dogs and cats in the Valley.
How do you check a seller?
Sellers must be registered Nepali businesses. We check the registration and PAN or VAT certificates, then visit the shop or see it on a video call before it can list a product.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can ask to return an order within 7 days of delivery.
I run a pet shop. How do I join?
Leave your shop name and number on the Sell with us page. Joining and listing are free; we call you when seller sign-up opens.
